What is it?
Coaching is a professional & collaborative relationship that uses evidence based practices from the field of Positive Psychology.
Coaching sessions are structured and goal oriented conversations requiring specific skill sets provided by a trained coach.
Coaching supports ADHD symptom management, skill building for improved brain functioning, and accountability.
Coaching is one of three ingredients in the golden standard of ADHD treatment (therapy, medication, & support).
What it is not...
Coaching is not therapy and is not a replacement for therapy. Individuals must have a foundation of wellness prior to engaging coaching if coaching is to be effective.
It is not for trauma, deep-seated emotional dysregulation, or focusing on the past.

They are a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and an ADDCA trained ADHD Coach who has overcome some big challenges. Sarah is dedicated to persistent professional and personal change. This allows them to show up as their most resourced, grounded, and well self for your coaching sessions. Sarah is intensely curious and present which creates an atmosphere of fun and safety.
They believe the sooner an ADHDer can work with a coach to define what their ADHD is like, what their unique brain wiring needs, and employ self-determined strategies- the sooner a client will be on their way doing whatever they came to this planet to do! Coaching makes Sarah burst with joy and they’re endlessly grateful for the opportunity to witness such profound perspective shifts.
